
Rates for personalized and intensive client-focused services are comparable to ODSP's previous payments to service providers but with an increased intensity of services and tailored support.

* All SES services are Free of Charge leading up to Unpaid Work Placement and Paid Employment. SES service charges are embedded in the payments of the following successfully achieved services: Unpaid Placement, Securing Paid Employment, 6 Week Milestone and 13 Week Target (No SES charges if these services not achieved).
* If the client achieves the 13 week target, all charges for the services up to the 13 weeks(other than 6 week target charge) will be returned.
Notes:
* For any employment (paid or unpaid) that starts, fees remain the same regardless of how long or short the individual works and how often. Once a job starts, the fee is charged.
* Milestone and Target payments are "one time only". On an "as needed basis", additional and ongoing Specialized Employment Services will incur new charges following the first 13 Week Target. Ongoing Assessment and Employment Plan Revisions are included at No Charge.
*A retainer of $1000 is required to accept and initiate services. Fees will be drawn from this amount until exhausted, and then ongoing charges will be made as per the fee/service schedule as needed.
* After securing a paid job, a commitment is required to continue service until 13 weeks of employment minimally
*Either or both the Service Provider and Client can choose to terminate services at any point in time.
